Oh how I love the babies. A quick peek of little six day old Tito for Megan of Colorado Baby. Tito is Megan’s fourth baby boy!

meet pretty blue eyed Kylie, a Grand Junction portrait session

I photographed Kylie last fall after it cooled off but before the flowers had faded. She has the prettiest blue eyes. I remember chimping the camera, just amazed at how bright they were. And her smile, infectious. She was so excited to show me around her walking trail just outside of her Grand Junction home.

I just loved her little dress and how well it matched her boots. It’s the Marimba Mini Dress from Tea Collection and it looks like one of those that would wear and wear. We always toss a pair of leggings under my daughters dresses as she grows taller and this one certainly would be cute next spring as a little tunic. Kylie’s mom bought it at Kairos and I’m sure it’s sold out but I noticed that there’s a couple of sizes left on the Tea website if you’re quick.

As the evening light left us, Kylie let us know she was done. I love to catch kids as they really are, tantrums and everyting. See you next time sweetie.

Eight days new, newborn baby H

Wow! What a busy fall I’ve had! I peeked at the blog today and realized that I haven’t posted a single session since the very beginning of my holiday season. Time to change that. We’ll start in no particular order, with a beautiful newborn baby girl with a TON of hair. All six pounds eight ounces of baby H were perfect. She let me do anything I wanted. If she squeaked at all. I just handed her back to mom for a little top off of milk and a few minutes later she was a bundle of sleeping, squishy baby.

Mom pulled out HER baby quilt and I knew that we had to use it. Baby H, snuggled in so sweetly on it.

I love baby toes. And look at all that hair!!!
